YBS Enovix is an advanced battery fabrication facilities that operate under incredibly stringent environmental parameters. Processes like cell assembly, chemical coating, and cleanroom dry-room climate control require absolute thermal stability and precise flow control. Any variance in line pressure or a failure in the chilled water/process cooling loops can ruin sensitive chemical batches, trigger safety hazards, or cause expensive production downtime. The facility required a massive, multi-tiered pumping infrastructure capable of handling high volumetric turnover with ironclad reliability.

To meet these demanding high-tech process requirements, a robust multi-pump matrix was deployed to provide structural redundancy and scalable flow rates:

• Primary High-Volume Loops: Driven by a heavy horizontal configuration consisting of three GS 125-400 (45kW), three GS 80-400 (30kW), and five additional 80-400 (30kW) end-suction centrifugal pumps. This creates a powerful baseline for primary cooling and large-scale water distribution.
• High-Pressure & Vertical Boosting: Handled by two EVMSG 10-12F5 (5.5kW) vertical multi-stage pumps, ensuring stable pressure delivery to higher elevations and specialized process zones.
• Secondary Fluid Loops: Supported by two 50-250 (4.0kW) centrifugal pumps and one 3M 40-125 (1.5kW) high-grade stainless steel pump for clean, corrosion-resistant secondary fluid transfers.

This massive 16-pump ecosystem ensures the factory can dynamically adapt its fluid management to active production loads while maintaining 100% operational uptime.
