Pharmaceutical and intravenous solution manufacturing facilities demand absolute, surgical control over facility environmental conditions. Production fields handling sterile processes, aseptic filling, and large-volume parenterals cannot tolerate climate fluctuations or cleanroom pressure drops without risking massive batch contamination and strict regulatory failures. To maintain continuous sterile compliance, the facility's central cooling loops must run uninterrupted. The project required a compact, highly efficient, and mechanically dependable pump system to handle reliable condenser water turnover under heavy continuous loads.

To secure uniform thermal performance and maximize energy economy, a paired configuration of two heavy-duty Ebara GS 65-315/11 horizontal end-suction centrifugal pumps was integrated into the primary cooling infrastructure.

Operating in a high-efficiency configuration under the system tags CWP-1 & 2, these units feature custom-trimmed 274mm impellers powered by rugged 11kW IE3 motors. Running at an optimal 74.0% efficiency rating, each pump delivers a precise fluid capacity of 340 USGPM at 80 feet of head to ensure constant, uniform flow through the plant's cooling towers.
