To supply and commissioning of a high-capacity Ebara end-suction centrifugal pump system for Intelligence Technology Services. The system was successfully deployed at the Plexus Manufacturing Riverside campus in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to support high-demand continuous industrial water infrastructure.

The Challenge

Large-scale electronics manufacturing and assembly plants operate with strict, zero-downtime tolerance for environmental and processing conditions. A lack of stable fluid circulation or an unexpected drop in line pressure can compromise precision machinery, disrupt cleanrooms, and halt high-velocity production lines. The project demanded a heavy-duty pump unit capable of delivering massive water volume with absolute mechanical reliability and steady hydraulic pressure under a relentless, continuous load.

The Solution

To meet these rigorous fluid dynamics requirements, a massive Ebara 200x150 FS4JA 5 30 horizontal end-suction centrifugal pump was integrated into the plant's core infrastructure. Configured with a heavy-duty 30kW motor, a 200mm suction intake, and a 150mm discharge line, this setup effortlessly manages high-volume fluid transfers. The rugged construction and high operational efficiency of the FS series ensure long-term mechanical stability, providing the factory with the precise pressure and circulation baseline required to maintain maximum production uptime.
