High-precision manufacturing environments—such as those producing advanced electronic components, quartz devices, or printing equipment—rely heavily on ultra-stable thermal management and climate control systems. Even minor temperature fluctuations or pressure drops within process water lines can compromise cleanroom integrity, cause delicate machinery to overheat, and lead to micro-defects in production output. The challenge was providing an M&E pumping framework capable of handling continuous, high-volume fluid circulation while maintaining consistent systemic pressure across multiple factory sectors.

To meet these strict operational benchmarks, a dual-layer pumping configuration was engineered for optimal efficiency and spatial utility. High-volume, primary loop circulation is driven by three robust Ebara GS 125-400 (37kW) horizontal end-suction centrifugal pumps, delivering massive volumetric turnover to handle heavy thermal loads.

To maintain uniform line pressure throughout secondary networks without expanding the plant's footprint, five space-saving Ebara 125 LPD4GC 5 4 (4kW) vertical in-line pumps were integrated. The in-line configuration allows for direct pipe-mounting, reducing complex piping runs and saving valuable floor space. Together, this multi-pump matrix provides the facility with critical mechanical redundancy, safeguarding against unplanned maintenance downtime and ensuring 24/7 manufacturing continuity.
