Sunshine Central | High-Rise Utility & Transfer Pump Integration

Th high-rise, multi-tower commercial developments present extreme pressure and flow management challenges. To perform transferring water across multiple elevated vertical zones (up to 90 meters of static head) requires precise staging to prevent water hammer, pipe stress, and pressure drops at high-occupancy levels. Additionally, managing heavy F&B trade waste from the 820,000 sq. ft. commercial mall podium alongside deep-basement car park drainage requires heavy-duty, clog-resistant ejector systems capable of handling high solids and grease content without operational failure.

To meet the rigorous fluid dynamics and pressure requirements across all four major complex zones, an Ebara pumping network was deployed:

• Staged Vertical Water Transfer: High-capacity vertical multi-stage pumps (EVMG, EVMSG, and VMG series) were installed across Basement 2, Level 9, and Level 32 transfer stations. These pumps serve dedicated vertical risers for the Commercial Mall, Tower A (Serviced Apartments), Tower B (Office), and Tower C (Hotel).
• Constant Pressure & Booster Integration: Variable-speed drive booster sets (2UEMTD EVMSG) handle variable demand profiles in specialized wellness and commercial spaces.
• Wastewater, Grease & Stormwater Management: For high-volume trade waste and basement drainage, heavy-duty 65DVS submersible drainage pumps manage water collection across 20 basement sump pits, while high-capacity 100DDML dry-pit submersible pumps handle grease interception (38.01 L/s capacity) and sewage ejection for the commercial mall F&B zones.
